Every item in the store contains either an add to cart, backorder, special order or pre-order button. If we have the product in-stock, we will fill the order right away. Occasionally buttons will change during the checkout process. The checkout process queries the actual inventory and updates quantity available.

• Backorders are items that we normally carry, but are currently out-of-stock. We try and fill backorders as quickly as possible. They could be filled within a day or two, or it may take longer. It depends on the vendor and the availability of the products.

• Special orders are items that we do not normally stock. We will work to obtain your product as soon as possible. Please allow 2 to 6 weeks for the product to arrive in our warehouse.

• These are new releases items that are available in our database prior to the street date.

• These are items in our database that are currently unavailable. Although we are not able to fill orders for unavailable product, displaying these titles provides information. Sometimes items may become available, check back later to see if the item has become available.
